Repairs

If you’ve damaged your kit, or just need a new neck seal our recommendation is you speak to your local retailer – they will have the latest information on where and how to get your gear fixed. If you have something manufactured by leading brands like Palm, or Peak, you can approach them directly to get things like seals and drysuit socks replaced.

Palm

For repairs to soft gear such as neck and wrist seals you can send your Palm garments straight to Palm. Please visit the Customer Services page, download a returns form and follow the instructions.  (https://palm.equipment/gb/content/43-customer-services)

Peak Paddlesport

Repairs of your Peak Paddlesport garment including seals can be done directly with Peak Paddlesport.  Details from https://peakuk.com/service-prices

Warranties

If you believe you have a problem covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please check details of the manufacturer’s warranty on their website and confirm your purchase qualifies your kit for further investigation before making contact.

We’ve listed below the best way to contact the manufacturers of key brands stocked by Canoe and Kayak Store. It often helps to get things moving quickly if you start by sending an email along with photos or a video describing the problem and a copy of your purchase receipt straight to the manufacturer.
