If you have a damaged or defective helmet and you'd like us to make an assessment, please email images to: customerservice@shredready.com. We will reply with details on what is involved to repair the helmet.  

If you are curious if your helmet is covered under warranty, please email us your proof of purchase in addition to the photos. Shred Ready helmets are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. However, if you break your helmet, or have a warranty issue after 1 year, we still want you to contact us or your dealer. We want to help you as best we can and are always willing to find creative solutions!
