Reopening the store

We are re-opening

We are re-opening our Gloucestershire store on 15 June 2020. Our Cardiff store remains closed until further notice.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we have made some changes in our store and how you shop with us. These measures have been implemented in line with Government guidance.

Please do not enter the store if you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 – a new continuous cough, fever or loss of taste or smell.

We are operating a one-in-one-out policy

The number of customers in store will be limited depending on available staff. You will be asked to wait until a member of staff is available. If you are part of a group of more than 3 people, you may be asked to split the group.

Hygiene

We have hand sanitiser available for you. Please use this when you enter the store and any other time at your discretion.

We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting regime.

We ask that you touch as few items as possible. All garments which have been tried on or handled will be placed in quarantine for 72 hours, until any threat from Covid-19 transmission has been eliminated.

Social distancing

We ask that you respect 2m social distancing at all times.

All children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times, including ensuring that they comply with social distancing and our other procedures.

Fitting

We are only able to offer visual fitting assistance.

Our changing room is currently closed.

Payment

A protective screen has been fitted at the checkout.

We will only be accepting payment by card.

You can opt to receive an e-receipt which will be emailed to you.

Returns

Items returned to store will be quarantined for 72 hours before we check them over. We will not be able to refund until we have checked the goods.  We will take your details and be in touch after the quarantine period.

Orders from our website and returns

There may be a delay despatching orders from our website if the items have been placed in quarantine. If so, we will contact you to let you know about the delay.

For the safety of our staff, we will be placing our post in quarantine for 72 hours. Returned items will be processed as soon as possible after this time.

Please continue to respect the safety of delivery drivers and follow any instructions they may give when delivering your order.

Collecting an order

If you are collecting an order, please contact us in advance so that we can get it ready for you. We can either put it in/on your vehicle or leave it for you to pick up. Please remember that in order to comply with social distancing rules, we will not be able to carry a boat with you.
