Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
Esquif Warranty Policy is ONE year from date of purchase and covers manufacturer’s defects. Their warranty does not include normal wear and tear or abusive use.
If you have a concern with your Esquif product they want to hear from you. They will do our very best to remedy your concerns and have you on the water again.
You don’t need to register your product. If submitting a concern that you believe falls under their Warranty Policy please provide appropriate documentation ie) images, serial number and proof of purchase (your original copy of the invoice).
