Vouchers are emailed together with a 16-character code. They can be redeemed on our online store by entering the code during checkout. We also accept the voucher code in-store or over the phone.

If the voucher is a gift, by entering the recipient's name and email address together with your personal message, it will be emailed directly to the recipient.
