Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.
P&H Sea Kayaks purchased through an authorised dealer or phseakayaks.com are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty on materials and workmanship, valid to the original owner only, and subject to reasonable application of our Care & Maintenance guidelines by the owner.
In the rare circumstance where a warranty claim is necessary, please contact the dealer from which your kayak was ordered/collected in the first instance, detailing the nature of the claim, the circumstances in which the fault became evident, and providing supporting evidence including a copy of the Order Confirmation and clear photos of the fault as well as of the whole kayak.
Please note that the warranty will only cover breakage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. Paddlesports can be both unpredictable and unforgiving, particularly where kit is concerned, and as such we strongly recommend ensuring you have an appropriate insurance policy in place to cover accidental loss or damage to your boat, as well as the rest of your kit.
