Crewsaver products are manufactured within a range of tightly controlled policies and practices. As precision-engineered survival products, they require periodic maintenance and testing in order to ensure functional performance in emergency situations. Crewsaver authorized service stations are trained, certified and approved to perform servicing, based on the following intervals:
- Crewsaver Lifejackets: Recommended once a year
We offer a 36 month guarantee from date of purchase on all Crewsaver lifejackets that are serviced according to recommendations, excluding the CWX range. We offer a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase on all other products excluding drysuits. For all warranty returns, please contact your place of purchase.
