Below is an extract of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to make a claim under their warranty, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please provide us with your name, address and contact details, when you bought the product from us and what the fault is, together with pictures.

We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. We guarantee all WRSI products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If at any time you’re not satisfied with the performance of a WRSI product, please return it to the dealer where it was purchased or contact WRSI directly. If we find that a WRSI product is defective, we will at our option repair it, replace it or refund the purchase price. WRSI disclaims all other express or implied warranties. WRSI will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of WRSI products.

WRSI helmets are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, or if used other than the manner intended.

A helmet that is defective will, at our option, be repaired, replaced or refunded at the purchase price. To return a defective helmet carefully wrap and ship the helmet to us at: Canoe and Kayak Store, Unit 8, Damery Works, Damery Lane, Woodford, Gloucester, GL13 9JR
